You can't make this stuff up

Don't you think someone would not approve a design for a Navy Seal store to be shaped in the form of a swastika? Is that too much to ask? Click here to Google maps then hit satellite view and tell me if I'm crazy?

Yeah, it's a tough sign to understand. Especially for an American, in my own country. Somehow the subtle meaning has escaped me.

Please enlighten me however as to its true nature. Especially as a sign of peace on a branch of American military power.
