Weazl produced a film in which he interviewed some of the most important academics in the USA to tell a different version of the history of the nation than what we are used to. Weazl has decided to show the film here, though a bit of sharpness of the video quality was lost due to reducing the file size. But weazl will show the parts this week, as it is a long film. The film begins with authors Alan Taylor, David Stannard, Alfred Crosby, Paul Finkelman, and Walter LaFeber This portion covers only the beginnings of what would become the USA, but the film extends to the present time, as you will see over the course of a week.

That is truly amazing. Not that the overall sweep of it is new to me. But putting it all together as a systematic lecture, with detailed examples backed by the public record, is impressive. I hesitated to start watching because of the length, but once I started I only stopped for the call of nature. Do you anticipate releasing it in disc form?
I would like to if I weren't so distracted by so many other things, as well. But I am glad you like it, and hope to get more feedback when (and if ;-), you finish. I think it gets better as it goes along, as it works its way up to our contemporary times. Cheers.
