The stupid bastard has forgotten when North Korea ITSELF explained as much THREE YEARS AGO.
Then the bastard expresses pride that North Korea is party to 6 party discussions, forgetting events so far back as 2005.
Even the President's Cable Channel (aka Fox News) chronicled the debacle.
Somebody needs to run an MRI on the bastard: the secrets will be revealed.
