That's real eye-crossing stuff in the extended discussion, but the direction of it all is clear. Clever assignment of ballot order in multi-precinct polling places vastly skews the odds against Kerry.
The only (slight, very slight) consolation is that the odious Ken Blackwell met the same electoral fate as his Florida soul-mate Katherine Harris. Unfortunately, his loosing the Ohio governor's race is small solace for W sneaking into another illegal term as Prez.

I agree that the extended discussion is a bit opaque, hence my provocative title and a simple graph.
